According to the USDA & Federal Food Safety Inspection Service we must now have a new form signed by our consignors that replaces the COOL & BSE Forms.
We ask for your cooperation and patience while we gather the necessary forms for our file. To make this process less time consuming while at our chutes, please click on the "Consignor Livestock Certificate" icon to the right, print it, fill it out, and bring the form with you when you deliver your animals.
